rare, brief and non-recurrent experience.
London Vaccine Comms Polio BAME ActivityPlan focuses activity to resolve the ongoing vaccine uptake gap between White
British and minority ethnic children in London.
This report analyses vaccine uptake across London to demonstrate the variation in uptake between communities living in different IMD deciles, and between different minority ethnic communities.
To work collaboratively, across each London Integrated Care System, to ensure that there is no “wrong door” to support and treatment for people who are homeless with co-occurring
substance use issues, mental health challenges and/or learning difficulties.
This guidance was created by SHP, Women's Development Unit (Solace and The Connection at St Martin's), and St Mungo's following a cross sector consultation attended by representatives from the WiSER project (Solace), Find and Treat (UCLH), Glassdoor, The Connection at St Martin's Street Engagement Team, St Mungo's outreach and St Mungo's Women's Safe Space.
